The Chandelirium:

The newest creation to light up ARTae Gallery! Aaron R Thomas and Anne Ewen (ARTae) have revisited the process they invented to sculpt their 1500 pound masterpiece, Nest, to create the Chandelirium: A Modern Minimal Delirious Fantasy of a Chandelier.

Aaron R Thomas and Anne Ewen hand-weave and loop strips of re-claimed acrylic to create each unique sculpted pendulum light. The self-supporting structure of interwoven clear and white acrylic strips creates a nest of ribbons around a 7" globe in a polished nickel fixture.

A limited number (measuring approximately 30" high and 20" wide) will be sold “ready-to-carry” from their online boutique, ARTc. ARTae can be commissioned to create Chandeliriums of other dimensions, shapes and colors.
